Bid Set Printing & Coordination
We commonly handle the distribution of bid documents for construction projects for many of our customers. Often cited as a major headache for firm's administration staff, we welcome the opportunity to take care of your plan set distribution. Private & Secure - on your behalf, we can limit access to the companies you want to view the plans, specs addenda and project information.
We track contractors and subcontractors as they pick up (or we ship) bid sets, maintaining a database of who is bidding, what documents they have, and addendums to the original sets. Updates can be provided daily to your firm. Addendum notifications are provided to all plan holders via fax or email, depending on your preference. We make certain everyone in the database has been notified of each update as they are issued.

AutoCAD Plotting with Quick Turnaround Our high speed plotters produce prints on bond, vellum or mylar. Files can be brought in on disk or uploaded to our secure FTP site. We can digitally output hundreds of drawings per hour giving you the fast quality service you need to meet your deadlines. We accept a variety of file types including .dwg, .dxf, .plt, tif, .pdf and more.
We also support Tiff files (.tif) using CCITT4 Compression
and HPGL Plot Files (.plt)

Large Format Copying
We can copy most wide format plans such as blueprints, drawings, etc. (up to 36" wide by any manageable length). We can also enlarge up to 400% and reduce to as much as 25% of the original size on a variety of media.
We stock bond, vellum, film and translucent bond for immediate response and can pick up and deliver originals and copies at your request - on your schedule.
